As men and women age their testosterone levels diminish. Testosterone is known as the Hormone of Desire . In middle-aged men, low testosterone symptoms (Low T) or Andropause start to appear. Some of the most profound symptoms of low testosterone are - feeling extremely tired all day, unexpected weight gain especially increased belly fat, loss of muscle or muscles getting flabby, low sex drive or a complete lack of desire, softer erections or complete erectile dysfunction, inability to sleep or outright insomnia, memory and hair loss, bursts of anger, social withdrawal and depression.
A 2010 study revealed that a decrease in T explained much of the loss in phase III and IV sleep, or "deep sleep" that is characteristic of aging males. At age 50, men spend 5-7 percent of their sleep time in Phase III and IV and by age 60 it is nearly zero or nonexistent. Young men, on the other hand, spend 10-20 percent of thier total sleep time in these stages due to neuronal integrity and abundant testosterone levels..
I did a 5 week program with an Age Management and Weight Loss facility here in TN. I lost 29 lbs in that 5 weeks giving myself daily HCG shots and seeing the DR once a week for the B12 Lipo Lean shot. It worked. It was the easiest diet I have ever done. I did not cheat not once. My family and friends sure noticed the difference. I ordered two bottles of the HCG drops to see if I can lose the additonal 25 lbs I want to use. I already know what I have to do but I will be exercising this round….HCG is a miracle drug for me. If I can do it anyone can do it….
